Limited Liability Companies or LLCs are popular due to their basic benefits of liability protection and are typically used by a company with two or more owners. While the benefits of an LLC are substantial, there is some essential due diligence that every business owner should pay prior to simply leaping into an LLC formation.

Business owners and entrepreneurs need to consider the various characteristics that are associated their with business before forming an LLC. This workshop guides participants through a checklist of considerations that will help business owners confidently determine if an LLC is in fact the “right fit” for their business’s needs.
