Cooperative Educational Services (CES):
CES is seeking firms to assist Members and Participating Entities to act as the Entity’s representative in the management of capital outlay project(s). The Contractor will plan, direct, manage and provide oversight of design and construction projects to ensure compliance with organizational objectives and accomplishes these objectives within the prescribed schedule and budget parameters. Manage construction projects through all stages of Project Management: Conception and Initiation, Definition and Planning, Launch,, Execution, Performance and Control and Project Close Out.

City of Raton - Opportunity:
The City of Raton (City) sought professional services from a qualified and experienced Environmental Consulting firm (firm) to conduct consulting services for the Environmental Protection Agency’s Brownfields Assessment Grant. The firm will assist the City with the management and execution of the brownfield assessment cooperative agreement (work plan).
The City of Raton selected and awarded $500,000 federal brownfields grant for FY24 with a grant period of October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2028. Please contact smolina@cityofraton.com to be a subcontractor on this project.
Request for services: Surveying, Engineering (Geotechnical, Electrical/Instrumentation, Mechanical), Cultural Resource Investigation, and Architecture.
Daniel B. Stephens & Associates (DBS&A) (an environmental and engineering firm) is requesting qualification information from certified MBE/WBE/DBE/SBRA firms to provide any of the following services: Surveying, Engineering (Geotechnical, Electrical/Instrumentation, Mechanical), Cultural Resource Investigation, and Architecture. Projects may be wholly or partially funded with federal funds, which may include United States Environmental Protection Agency funds, and therefore must comply with all federal cross cutter requirements. Firms with federal project experience are preferred. Neither the United States nor its departments’ agencies or employees is or will be party to this invitation or any resulting contract. This procurement will be subject to regulations contained in 2 CFR Parts 200 and 1500. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Offerors on this work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order No. 11246, as amended.
