The Catalyst Accelerator’s two-week Boot Camp is sponsored by the SBA’s SBIR/STTR office and United States Air Force Research Laboratory Space Vehicles Directorate. The Boot Camp is geared toward helping tech-based startups and small businesses that have not formerly worked with Government, particularly DoD, learn how to do so effectively.

The Catalyst Boot Camp team is looking for small businesses and startups that would like to extend their market footprint to the Government, specifically to the Department of Defense. Eligibility requirements are listed below. Preference will be given to veteran- and women-, and minority-owned businesses or those located in Hub Zones.

• Small, independent US business

• 51% or more ownership by US citizens or permanent residents

• No SBIR/STTR or contracts with DoD previously

• No foreign investment

• Not more than 51% owned by single VC organization

• Available, willing, and financially able to travel to Colorado Springs for the Boot Camp
