This presentation is an update from the 2013 "similarly situated" authority for small businesses to combine their performance efforts on a contract and "QUALIFY" as a prime contractor for a federal contract. Small Businesses who have been awarded less than "SB limitation" contracts in their NAICs, can utilize this process to become eligible for larger federal procurements AND also be a more attractive PROTEGE team for a larger PRIME.
